Soul Calibur 2 was my first fighting game, and it’s just so good. The Weapon Master campaign for unlocking characters was so satisfying, much more than later games where you just pay a few thousand in in-game currency.
The later games did get really great in the custom character building department, and I’ve spent many a time with pals making extremely cursed custom characters.
All this is to say, any other Soul series fans? Will we ever get a new game? Who is your favourite character, and why is it not my fancy vampire man Raphael?
